Apple Warranty Repairs

As FloridaPro shifts from Apple Authorized Service Provider to its new role as an Apple Technical Partner, we have made the difficult decision to no longer perform warranty repairs on behalf of Apple. We know that this may come as an inconvenience to the many people who have relied on FloridaPro for their fast, certified repairs. However, it was a necessary decision in order to continue providing the highest possible technical support to homes and small businesses. If you are in need of warranty repairs, we recommend that you reach out to Apple directly at 1-800-MYAPPLE and they can ship you a box so that you can safely mail your device in for certified warranty repairs.

Is your Apple product not performing as expected? Need a diagnosis to determine if a repair is needed? Then schedule a one-on-one time with an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician.

Unfortunately, we are not currently offering diagnostics for residential clients. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

As of February 2025, FloridaPro Computing will no longer be performing authorized Apple repairs. While we have enjoyed our decade-long partnership with Apple, this decision allows us to focus on our core services, including IT consulting and managed services for businesses, schools, and government institutions.
